Undergraduate Application for Admission

 Application materials required by Undergraduate Admissions must be received by February 1, 2013

  • Undergraduate Application for Admission (at www.transfer.uconn.edu) and application fee
  • Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended, with final grades from the Fall 2012 semester
  • Official high school transcript with date of graduation
  • Completed personal essay

It is your responsibility to ensure that the application is filed and complete in the Undergraduate Admissions Office, with all requested materials, by the stated deadline

PharmCAS Application

In addition, a PharmCAS application (at http://www.pharmcas.org/) must  be filed with all required supporting credentials no later than January 5, 2013.  

Application materials required by the School Of Pharmacy by January 5, 2013 (see www.pharmacy.uconn.edu for admission criteria):

  • PharmCAS application with all required materials, including official college/university transcript(s) from all postsecondary institutions attended
  • Official International English Language Testing System  (IELTS) scores
  • Official score on PCAT taken no later than January 22, 2013
