  • Undergraduate Application for Admission (at www.transfer.uconn.edu) and application fee
  • Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended, with final grades from the Fall 2012 semester
  • Official high school transcript with date of graduation
  • Completed personal essay

Neag School of Education Supplemental Application

Transfer applicants must file, in addition to the undergraduate application for transfer admission, a separate, supplemental application with the Neag School of Education. Applications must be filed and completed, with all required supporting materials received no later than January 15, 2013.
